We believe that getting new dentures should be a comfortable, reassuring, and even enjoyable experience. Here’s what you can expect when you choose Harrogate Denture Clinic and Clinical Dental Technician James Baker to restore your smile.

Step 1

Complimentary Consultation

Your journey begins with a free, no-obligation consultation at our Harrogate clinic (or in your home if you prefer). This is your chance to meet James, discuss your needs, and explore the different denture options available. We’ll explain costs clearly and can also talk through flexible payment choices if needed.

Step 2

First Impressions

To begin the design process, James will take your first set of impressions using modern materials that make the process as quick and comfortable as possible. These help us create a custom tray for the most accurate next stage. We also have the ability to take intra-oral scans so sometimes we can do this impression free.

Step 3

Precision Impressions & Bite Registration

This is where we capture highly detailed impressions of your mouth, along with bite measurements to ensure your dentures fit perfectly with your jaw movements. At this stage, we’ll also agree on the shade, shape, and arrangement of your new teeth so they complement your features.

Step 4

Wax Try-In

Before your final dentures are made, you’ll have the chance to try a wax prototype in your mouth. This allows you to see and feel how they look and fit, and gives you the opportunity to make changes to the shape, colour, or positioning of the teeth before the final stage.

Step 5

Final Fitting

Your new dentures are crafted in our on-site laboratory and carefully fitted by James. We’ll check the fit, bite, and comfort, making any fine adjustments to ensure they feel as good as they look.

Step 6

Ongoing Aftercare

Our support doesn’t end once you walk out the door. We offer complimentary aftercare for 6–12 months, during which we can make minor adjustments, give cleaning and care advice, and ensure your dentures continue to fit beautifully.
